RootCorp LLC ("RootCorp") has started the I-Chain Capital Crypto Fund

The Fund’s objective is to achieve maximum returns for investors by constructing a portfolio of investments related to digital assets, including, without limitation, blockchain-based digital assets, including, DeFi assets, digital currencies, cryptocurrencies, cryptographic tokens, decentralized application tokens and protocol tokens, smart contracts, blockchain-based assets, illiquid pre-launch projects, such as initial coin offerings (“ICOs”), presale-ICOs (“pre-ICOs”) and Simple Agreements for Future Tokens (“SAFTS”), cryptoassets and other cryptofinance and digital assets that currently exist, or may exist in the future (collectively, “Digital Assets”). The Fund will also invest in the equity securities of companies operating in the Digital Asset industry, as well as other private investment funds that invest in Digital Assets strategies (each, an “Underlying Fund”) and are managed by independent advisers (each, an “Underlying Manager” and collectively, the “Underlying Manager”). The Fund may engage in a wide variety of investment strategies and techniques, including, without limitation: using leverage, investing in options, mining tokens, staking tokens, yield farming, participating in liquidity pools, lending assets and any other strategies the General Partner determines will help achieve the Fund’s investment objectives.
